It's quite easy to convert the existing Tregaskiss torch that is on your welding system to a water cooled torch by simply adding the Tregaskiss I.C.E kit parts in the table below. This is a very cost effective way to get water cooling on the torch and enable higher duty cycle at high amperage or off reflective parts.
This system will work with any welding torch cooler such as the Miller Coolmate 3 or Coolmate 4 system.

NOTE: The TOUGH GUN I.C.E. Neck assembly must match the outside diameter (O.D.) of the nozzle (Example: 590-22-1.062 is designed for a nozzle with an O.D. of 1.062″). The consumable kit that you received with the system from the factory contains a 5/8" nozzle with a 1.062 OD and a 1.2" bottleneck nozzle that has a 0.938" OD. Depending on which nozzle you want to use order the TOUGH GUN I.C.E neck accordingly.
There are no changes required in the software or in the app to use the Tough Gun I.C.E. setup with your system.
