If you expect to be receiving push notifications from the Beacon app, but haven't seen any come in, you may have them disabled on your device. This guide will walk you through the steps to enable notifications.
Android
Find the Beacon app icon.
Press and hold on the icon to display the App info and select it.
Tap the Notifications section of the App info.
Enable notifications by toggling on.
Ensure that all notifications are toggled on.
Your device is now setup display notifications that come through the Beacon app!
iOS

Tap the settings icon.
Tap Notifications, then tap Beacon.
Tap next to Allow Notifications to turn notifications from Beacon on or off.
