This guide shows you how to power on, power off, or restart your robot from the teach pendant.

On the teach pendant, press the Power Button, then wait for the robot to start up. ​

2. Next, <a href="https://help.hirebotics.com/en/articles/14316283-how-to-initialize-the-robot-arm-polyscope-5">initialize the robot arm for operation</a>.

On the teach pendant, press the Power Button, then tap Power off.

The robot powers down safely and applies the brakes on the arm joints. ​

On the teach pendant, press the Power Button, then tap Restart.

Tap the Support menu in Beacon to send us a message.
