Regular maintenance keeps your Cobot Welder running well. This article lists each maintenance task and how often to do it.
These are Hirebotics' recommended intervals. For each manufacturer's full maintenance details, see the PDFs attached at the bottom of this article, or the manual that came with your equipment.
Maintaining Your Tregaskiss Torch

Maintaining Your Flextur Weld Table or Cart

Blow off the top surface with high-pressure air | Daily |
Spray the table with oil to restore the shine | Every 2 weeks |
Pull out the collection trays and clean them | Monthly |
Maintaining Your Universal Robots Robot Arm
Important
Do not clean the robot arm with compressed air. It can push dust and debris into the arm's joints and seals. Wipe the arm with a cloth instead.

Maintaining Your Miller Welder

Tighten the work clamp lead and gun cable | Monthly |
Check the weld cables and gas hoses for wear, cracks, or damage | Every 3 months |
Clean and tighten the weld terminals | Every 3 months |
Clean debris and dirt from the welder with a vacuum or filtered air | Every 6 months |

Remove and clean the drive rolls | Every 6 months |
