Features

Fine Tune Points

This feature is only applicable to customers running an application like Beacon Welding

A game-changer in editing or touching up weld points. Eliminate the need for manual robot arm adjustments by effortlessly controlling torch angles like Travel Angle and Work Angle directly from the Beacon app, ensuring superior weld quality and consistency.

Team Operator Role

This feature is only applicable to customers running an application like Beacon Welding

A new role has been introduced for team members called Operator. This new role allows an operator to manage the part playlist as well as change a part's start position without being able to change any additional settings on the part.

Part Attachments

This feature is only applicable to customers running an application like Beacon Welding

Upload files directly to a part allowing you to contextually save part set up pictures, drawings, or any other visual instructions related to each part. This is particularly helpful when you want team members to be aware of certain visual instructions or have a handy reminder for yourself.

Enhanced Playlists

This feature is only applicable to customers running an application like Beacon Welding

Unlock the power to effortlessly save and recall your personalized playlists with the added convenience of autoplay between each part

Password Login Support

Organization admins can change the authentication method for a user to use a password instead of a magic link. This can be great for a shared device where multiple operators may need to login over time.

Increased Data Visibility

Visibility on chart data, part history, and file history is extended to 30 days from the default 7 days. Create charts that show up to 30 days of history. View and restore versions of parts and files that are up to 30 days old.

Full Screen Charts

Monitor real-time chart data more easily in full-screen mode on an external monitor running on the shop floor or in your office.

Export Chart Data

Export individual charts to CSV (comma-separated values) to perform you analysis in the tool of your choice.

Integrations

You can now setup a custom integration to Slack and select which robot events you would like to be sent through that integration.
