This guide shows you how to remove the Beacon URCap from a PolyScope X teach pendant. You'll usually do this before installing a new version of the URCap, or when asked by Beacon Support.
Steps
On the teach pendant, open the menu, then tap System Manager.
Tap URCaps, then tap Unlock.
Enter the admin password (default
beaconbot), then tap Confirm.
Tap Uninstall.
Tap Uninstall again to confirm.
How to Verify
After the uninstall completes, Beacon no longer appears in the URCaps list on the System Manager screen.
