This guide shows you how to remove the Beacon URCap from a PolyScope 5 teach pendant. You'll usually do this before installing a new version of the URCap, or when asked by Beacon Support.
Steps
On the teach pendant, open the menu.
Tap Settings.
Tap System.
Tap URCaps.
In the Active URCaps section, select Beacon, then tap the minus icon (-) to remove it.
Tap Restart when prompted.
How to Verify
After the teach pendant restarts, Beacon no longer appears in the Active URCaps list. You'll find that list under Settings, then System, then URCaps.
