After registering a robot, occasionally an organization may physically move a robot to another facility, or transfer responsibility for operating a robot from one set of staff to another. To support these physical changes, a robot can be reassigned to another team.

What to Know Before Reassign a Robot
The robot will keep all of its parts, part history, and playlist data.
If you select the wrong team, simply perform the same steps to reassign the robot to the desired team.
Members of the previous team who are not also members of the new team will lose access to the robot in the Beacon app.
Who Can Reassign a Robot
Administrators and Team Managers can reassign a robot to another team.
Administrators can assign a robot to any team.
Team Managers can assign a robot to any team for which they can create a robot.
How to Reassign a Robot
Navigate to the robot in the Beacon app, then tap the Configure tab.
Tap the Robot Info card.
Tap the Team field.
Select the team to assign to the robot.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen, then tap Update.
Congratulations, you've just reassigned the robot to another team.
