Registering a robot creates a new robot record in the Beacon app. You'll get a six-digit code from the teach pendant. Then enter it in the Beacon app on your phone or tablet.

Get the Registration Code from the Teach Pendant
On the teach pendant, tap Installation. Then tap URCaps. Then tap Beacon.
You should see a six-digit registration code. You'll need this code in the next step.
The code changes about every 10 minutes. If it expires before you finish, open the same screen again to get a fresh code.

Add the Robot in the Beacon App
Open the Beacon app on your phone or tablet.
Don't have the Beacon app yet? See Beacon Supported Platforms to install it on your device.
Tap the avatar icon to open the side menu.
Under the Teams section, tap the team where you want to add the robot.
Don't see your team? Tap the magnifying glass to search. If you know the team exists but it isn't listed, ask your administrator to invite you to the team. If the team doesn't exist yet, create a new team.
Tap Robots.
Tap the add icon (+).
Give the robot a name, enter the six-digit registration code from the teach pendant, then tap Create Robot.
How to Verify
Your robot should now appear in the Robots list. Registration takes a few seconds to complete — during this time the robot installs any Beacon firmware updates.
