In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a new organization in Beacon. The first person from your company who signs up for an account will create your company organization. Additional users will be added to the organization through invitation, check out the tutorials on creating a team and adding team members for more information on that.
Signup
Open up the Beacon app and tap the "Create account" link.
Fill out the signup form using the serial number provided to you and tap "Next".
Note: The serial number should be licensed for one of our Beacon applications (welding, cutting, etc.)
An email will be sent to you to login containing a magic link that will log you in.
Click the link to login for your first time and complete the onboarding process. That's it!
Your user will be created as an Admin and Billing Manager by default. You can now create teams, invite team members, manage users within the organization, and setup the robot.
