Your robot needs the correct date and time to connect to Beacon. If the clock is wrong, your robot may appear offline in the Beacon app. You may not be able to teach or play parts. The clock can drift after a factory reset or a long power-off.
When your robot is connected to the internet, Beacon sets the date and time automatically. PolyScope X doesn't have a date and time control on the teach pendant. There's nothing to set by hand.
What to Do If the Time Is Wrong
If your robot shows the wrong date or time, the most common cause is no internet connection. Check that your robot is online — see Networking Requirements for how to verify and fix connectivity.
Once the robot connects to the internet, the time syncs within a few seconds.
